On 20th January 2018, Trans-Eurasia Logistics GmbH (TEL) extended its international intermodal network by implementing the new service of “Transcontinental Poland” into the Polish market.
In the first step, “Transcontinental Poland” connected the Port of Gdynia and the Port of Gdansk with the CLIP Terminal in Swarzedz (the region of Poznan). By crossing TEL’s international transport corridors with the new service Transcontinental Poland, CLIP Terminal becomes the most important hub in Poland and one of TEL’s strongest partner.
TEL will operate two round-trips per week. In further steps, other main Polish industrial areas like Wroclaw and Katowice will be integrated with the intermodal routes of TEL.
With the new service of Transcontinental Poland we want to consciously extend our intermodal network in the growing market of Poland, says Andre Hempel, CEO of Trans-Eurasia Logistics GmbH.
By combining Polish ports with inland terminals, TEL will merge the Polish market with its existing European intermodal network and its long distance connections to fulfill the customer needs. Upon request TEL can offer a set of services: pre-/on-carriage, customs formalities, container equipment, depot services.
You can rely on us – We support you every step of the way.
