+++ We have succeeded in working out a temporary arrangement for the onward carriage of customs bonded goods by roadfor the Moscow Kuntsevo 2 rail terminal. This temporary solution shall apply until the customs union between Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan has been fully implemented in practice. We are therefore able to temporarily make an exception to the regulation in force since May 1, 2010, which prohibits any and all onward carriage by road of customs bonded goods for rail transports to Moscow. +++
